Purchase Terms
Products: Blue Chip offers coffee, lifestyle goods, and other merchandise for purchase. All products are sold as described on the product page.
Pricing: All prices listed on the Blue Chip website are final and in AUD. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Payment: Payments must be made at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).
Quality and Guarantees
Coffee Freshness: All coffee is roast to order. All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends.
No Guarantees: Blue Chip does not offer guarantees or warranties on any products, including coffee. Products are sold as-is, based on the descriptions provided
Shipping Terms
Shipping Providers: We ship using Australia Post, with both Standard and Express options available.
Free Shipping: Is available only on bundled products, this does not include individual products bought together.
Dispatch: Coffee orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of roasting. Delivery timelines are subject to Australia Post's schedules.
International Shipping: International orders may be subject to additional fees and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
Food Products: Blue Chip does not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges on food products, including coffee.
Non-Food Products: Returns and exchanges may be accepted on non-food items within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Magazines & Printed Goods: No returns or refunds on magazines or printed materials.
Quality Control
Coffee Standards: All green coffee is subject to a rigorous quality control process upon import, including sorting, cupping, and defect removal. Blue Chip ensures that only the best beans are used in production.
Customer Support
Inquiries & Complaints: All inquiries and complaints must be handled via email. We aim to respond within 24 hours of receipt.
Resolution Process: In the case of disputes or issues with an order, Blue Chip will work directly with the customer via email to reach a resolution, though no guarantees are offered.
Intellectual Property
Branding: All Blue Chip trademarks, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Blue Chip and may not be used without permission.
Product Design: All product designs and descriptions are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without consent.
Sourcing & Ethical Considerations
Sourcing: Blue Chip sources its coffee through traders who work with producers and importers. The coffee passes through these channels before reaching the customer. Blue Chip aims to work with traders who prioritize quality and ethical practices, though specific sourcing details may not be disclosed.
